GROUP PRINCIPLES Down Town has successfully completed numerous projects for Ministry Of Kingdom of Bahrain for the past two decades, especially Roads and Sewerage Projects. OUR ACTIVITIES ARE AS BELOW :- 1. ROAD WORKS: Carried out as per Roads Directorate of Kingdom of Bahrain, these Roads works include Asphalting, kerbing, paving, signal modifications. 2. SEWERAGE & DRAINAGE WORKS: We have completed most complicated & major Sewerage Schemes almost alone in Bahrain. These works involve deep trenches in Hard rock using Rock Breaker and Soft Sand using sheet pilings. Some of the schemes involved micro tunneling. 3. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION Presently Down Town has a multistory building for shopping complex, Villas and Complex. 4. ELECTRICAL WORKS As a Registered Contractor, Down Town is involved with major projects with Ministry of Electricity & Water. 5. TELEPHONE WORKS As a Batelco Registered Contractor, Down Town is pertaining its best of services. 6. TERM CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY MANPOWER . 7. CCTV Survey & Deflection Testing Units. 8. ELECTRO- MECHANICAL Our electro –mechanical division is specialized in estimation preparation of detailed shop drawings and execution of complete Electro- Mechanical works for lift stations and pump stations associated with Sewerage and Drainage Schemes.
