GROUP PRINCIPLES
Down Town has successfully completed numerous projects for Ministries in Kingdom of Bahrain for the past three decades, especially Roads and Sewerage Projects.
Our main activities include the following:-

1. ROAD WORKS: Construction of New Roads in green field area as well as improvement of new existing roads commencing from Road Alignment, Excavation, Base Courses, Asphalt Course, Paving Blocks and other furnishing works.

2.SEWERAGE & DRAINAGE WORKS: We have completed most complicated & major sewerage schemes which involve Latest International Technologies viz micro tunneling, sheet pilling, deep trenches in hard rock by rock breakers, various sub-soils strata & working condition.    

3.ELECTRICAL WORKS: As a Registered Contractor, we are engaged in 11KVA cable connecting, LV cable Laying, New Street Light Pole Erection, Maintenance of Existing System, and Construction & Maintenances of 66KV Substation.

4.TELEPHONE WORKS: We are also undertaking reinforcement works of Telephone Network, House Connections and Maintenance of Existing system.

5. BRIDGE WORKS: Down Town also engaged in construction of single span dual carriageway Bridge with pre-stressed I girders as superstructure & Open cut foundation. This also includes provision for providing Elestomeric Bearings, Expansion Joints and Pre-cast Parapet Wall, 2mtrX 3.5 mtr pre-cast Box Culverts construction is also underway. Pre-casting erection of box culverts and Patapet walls also a part of scope.

6.ELECTRO-MECHANICAL: Our electro–mechanical division is specialized in estimation preparation of detailed shop drawings and execution of complete Electro-Mechanical works for lift stations and pump stations associated with Sewerage and Drainage Schemes.

7. TERM CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF MANPOWER.
